• To attest an international marriage certificate, the original document must first be verified by the relevant authority in the issuing country, typically followed by authentication from that country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After this, the certificate should be submitted to the embassy or consulate of the issuing country in the UAE for further validation. The final step involves attestation from the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure the document is recognized legally in the UAE.

Divorce Certificate

• The process for divorce certificate attestation is similar. The original certificate must be authenticated by the relevant authority in the issuing country and then attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs there. Following this, it should be verified by the embassy or consulate in the UAE, concluding with attestation from MoFAIC.

Company Documents

• The process begins with the original documents being authenticated by the relevant authorities in the country of origin. This may include notarization by a public notary.
